Cell Sampling

 

Here you can adjust the default sampling settings: including prioritizing specific cell types or confusions and exclude cell types or images from training.

• The default sampling settings are generally good and don’t need to be adjusted.
• The advanced settings are outlined in the classification sampling documentation

After sampling, a cell review is generated, allowing the user to review and label the sampled cells. Proceed to Labeling & Review.
