Academic-Use License Agreement for CellTune

Grant of License
This software (“CellTune”) is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CellTune solely for non-commercial academic research and educational purposes at a degree-granting institution.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Use the software for any commercial purpose, including internal research at for-profit institutions, contract work, consulting, or integration into commercial products.
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the software or any part of it.
- Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Use the software in clinical, diagnostic, or patient-care settings without express permission from the Licensor.
Ownership
The software is proprietary and protected by copyright law. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Licensor.
Termination
This license will terminate immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the software.
No Warranty
This software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from its use.
